The Verizon variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, which was released back in January this year with Android 4.4.4 KitKat on-board, has started getting the the Lollipop update.
Carrying a version number of N915VVRU2BOF2, the update brings Android 5.0 to the handset. It includes the usual Lollipop features, such as Material Design, improved notifications, and several other changes.
Although the OTA is currently rolling out, it might take some time before the update notification pops up on your phone. Meanwhile, if you aren't already aware, the Android 5.1 Lollipop update for the Motorola Droid Turbo smartphone - which is exclusively available on Verizon - is also expected to roll out today.
Yep, so i prefer to be faster rather than always be late, cheaper mean faster? Is that what you mean?
Yeah. Useless features. Maybe shamesung make less feature they can update faster. Lolipop is moldy.
