Samsung's new "C" line of devices has been an almost constant presence in the rumor mill lately and the Galaxy C5 is shaping up as its first ambassador. After quite a few hands-on leaks and a quick visit to TENAA, there is hardly any mystery left surrounding the device, expected to officially arrive in the next few days.
This is even more true after today's abundant batch of leaked high-res renders of the device in all four colors - gold, pink gold, gray and silver. Every possible angle is accounted for and no detail left out, so feel free to browse for yourself.
As for the specs of the Galaxy C5, we are currently expecting a 5.2-inch FullHD display, a Snapdragon 617 SoC and 4GB of RAM. There is also a 16MP main camera on board and an 8MP selfie shooter. The phone should boot Android Marshmallow at launch and will be powered by a 2600 mAh battery. Pricing is still uncertain, but a good estimate is around $330 or so.
Future Proof means what? The owner has no plans to upgrade the phone in 2 years time? Look at the buying trends. People tend to upgrade phones on a yearly cycle or 2 years at most. Keeping a phone beyond 2 years presents a problem in itself,...
