If you've used kindle fire before, you'd realize that the kindle experience is one you don't want to just throw away. That's,not in any way, saying that it beats the android interface.
Instead of flashing a rom on to it, I would recommend just installing a launcher so it would seem as if you have both android os and sangria together.
